A hearty fried egg and ham sandwich with fresh tomatoes and crunchy romaine lettuce.
Toast your bread. Spread mayo, tomatoes on one side. Layer the lettuce on the other. Put the ham slices on the lettuce.
Get a nonstick skillet and add a bit of oil or spray oil. Get the skillet warm and crack your eggs in, season 'em, and cook them until the whites are starting to firm up then layer the cheese on top. Continue cooking until edges are crispy and caramelized and the cheese is melted.
Layer the cheddar fried eggs onto the ham. Bring those happy pieces of bread to each other and EAT!!! Enjoy :)
Note 1: Vegeta is an all purpose vegetable seasoning sold in Ethnic supermarkets. You can use it to season anything but I love it on eggs.
