Ingredients

  • 6 ounces wild caught tuna drained
  • 1 tbs mayo full fat
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbs fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first six ingredients. place tuna mix onto the bread. Arrange bed on sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes. Remove pan and top each slice with equal amounts of cheddar cheese. Broil for 2 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!
