Hi there!
My name is L and I created this website to document and share my favorite recipes! I am a Romanian-American born and raised in Northern California. Growing up I was treated with so many delicious traditional Romanian recipes that I hope to share with you. I was also lucky in the fact that my family was very big on celebrating the diversity in California(one of the most diverse states in America!) by going out to different ethnic restaurants. I enjoyed eating a wide variety of Vietnamese, American, Mexican, Indian, Filipino, and Arabic foods growing up.
Cooking is one of my main hobbies and I hope I can show you just how much I love cooking not only traditional Romanian and American foods, but also recipes for the global foods that I’ve enjoyed eating -and making- since I could stand in the kitchen!
When I am not wandering through grocery aisles or rifling through my pantry and fridge for inspiration I am working hard as a Substitute Teacher while I figure out what I wanna do for the next 20 or so years! If I’m not cooking or working, then I’m usually chillin’ with my boyfriend Honeybunny and my beautiful black cat, Pisica.
